I wish you could code it in, but my research so far has pointed towards the C2 missing the actual limited-slip hardware inside the PDK. There isn't a ton of solid information out there I've found though. As for the C4, the C2 is definitely missing the front driveshaft.

There is two type.

One is PTV+ and the other is PTV. The regular PTV is just when you turn in, the rear brake will brake a bit more on the turn in

Porsche's torque vectoring is
a technology that uses selective braking on the inner rear wheel during a turn to enhance agility and stability.

So the PTV+ is in the transmission but i believe only the S have it, but i haven't tried coding that in yet.

While you may be able to code in the brake torque vectoring part, the locking differential part has hardware associated. Here's an old thread discussing the difference between PTV and PTV+. https://rennlist.com/forums/991-gt3-...-e-diff-2.html

It looks like I'll have to get a C4S if I want awd. Bummer, because although I won't drive the car as a daily driver in winter, not having awd limits some of the days I would be able to drive (where I live, anyway).

i bought a 992.1 c4 and it is making 666 hp right now and it is super fast. I was able to enable the PTV but not plus, i haven't tried it, but i would think porsche would use the same PDK for all car and it might just be coding but who knows.

The only trim rarer than the C4 is the Targa 4.

crazy part is that i found a C4 at a arizona dealership and it was sitting there for 3-4 months!! 11k miles on it 2021, almost fully loaded, missing front axle and rear steering, but every other package is there, meaning ACC, 360 camera, red seat belt, red gauges and slate grey interior.

I'm super curious about this... you were able to code the brake-based PTV? I know coding is much harder on the .2, but it's cool to know you were able to add that. I agree - I feel like it'd be crazy for Porsche to put a different PDK unit on the base C2 just to delete a few bits for that specific car. Part of me hopes the hardware is there and you can code in the whole thing.
