Default RS Weissach Paddles

Has anyone installed these? I'm wondering if they hang a little lower than stock.

I have these...

About the same as stock on the lower section...slightly taller on the upper section...about 1".

The RS paddles definitely have a "click" sound when shifting.... unlike the quiet stock paddles

Thank you, I was hoping they'd be a little longer on bottom.

I'll take some pictures with dimensions of both and post later today

Someone in the 992 GT3 forum wrote up a DIY tutorial on installing these.

About an inch taller overall, but the extended dimension looks to be all in the upper section,

I am also looking into this mod as well. I assume the clicking sound makes driving PDK more enjoyable too? And these GT3 RS Weissach Paddles looks so good too.

Anyone have video clips of what they sound like when shifting gears?

Towards the end of the video, the clicking sound is discussed.

My best mod so far on my 992 GT3 - RS Shift Paddles
Thanks for sharing the link.

They sound pretty good and I bet the feeling of the click makes changing gears more fun as well. $1000 for a mod like this while you use the peddles all the time is worth it.

Definitely this will be on my bucket list for sure.

I recently installed them - easy (even for me) and I got them for a great price, as well as others as well: See post #28 for where to buy them cheap: https://rennlist.com/forums/992-turb...paddles-2.html

I love the click they make, you can also control how loud they are by how hard you press them. Definitely makes manual shifting more enjoyable imo.

The OEMs are too small and I could not even tell they were doing anything, and these look much better. I just wish they were not column-mounted and on the wheel, like on the MC20 Cielo I had.

This is the guy I bought the wheel from. You can also just buy the paddles from him, he also sells every component so if you want to just upgrade the wheel itself but keep all your trim + add the paddles you can do that too. Nice guy.
