Not asking you to prove anything...you already stated you intend to use a M-Engineering tune in your "theoretical" $200K PTS "T" build.... LOL!
Assuming you have already contacted Charles at M-Engineering...just wanted you to share M-Engineering's news that their tunes will not void your warranty. Currently, their site explicitly states the tune WILL void the warranty and they are not liable for voided warranties.
Since you hinted that Porsche has approved the M-Engineering tune in regard to retaining a warranty, wondering where you are pulling this info from.
