Default Foldable buckets available!!

Just noticed the foldable buckets are now available for the T.

edit: noted that every 911 can now spec the foldable LWBs.

Should be a popular choice, although there’s still no option for deviated stitching & the mismatched inserts in combination with the plaid rear seats is a little odd.

These will also be the fixed headrest version of the GT3’s foldable buckets as well… so headrest pad is not removable.

I had the chance to sit in the new seats at Monterey car week & personally, they weren’t a good fit for me compared to fixed LWBs.

Any T owners planning to spec the foldable’s?

So much more practical than the rigid buckets

Saw this on the configurator yesterday. This may be what gets me to pull the trigger on a 992.2 T to replace my 992.1 T - assuming I can get an allocation

The T configurator is already so limited, and adding the folding buckets makes it even MORE limited. I think I'd stick with 18-ways.

I'm considering moving from a base to a T, but I think I'm going to wait until MY2027 to see if the options list improves.

Looks like some of the TTS Turbonite options are starting to trickle into the configurator as well…

Wow I didn’t even realize. I’ll have to update OP.

Wonder how .2 GT3 owners will feel knowing every 911 can spec.

I have a 992.2 GT3 here in the shop right now with these foldable bucket seats. They are REALLY nice and I quite enjoy them. They fit a bit wider as well. The removable headrest cushion for helmets is a nice touch.

I think this is a wise move. Lots of folks will like these in a base, T and S.
