I requested photos from the CPO inspection, waiting on a response.

Regarding the damage, it is not just a scratch.
The pipe is bent and it’s reduced to 2/3 of its original size. I’m surprised the pipe isn’t leaking.
I fully understand it’s acceptable for the car to have scratches and dings, but a vent pipe that constrains the flow of fluids is not acceptable.
