I have the same issue iPhone pro 15. app is not showing the option. Both os and app updated.
I am missing the App Settings / App Icon option too on my iPhone 16 Pro. My installed app version is 13.1.2 (you can find your app version by going to the App Store, search for "my porsche", click on it - not Open, and read the version string under What's New). 13.24.50 build 374 (displayed at the bottom of the Account tab).
Many companies slowly rollout mobile app updates to a subset of customers so it takes time before everyone gets the latest app version. This allows them to discover critical bugs before the entire customer base encounters them. If the others who see App Settings / App Icon menu option have a newer My Porsche app version installed then this would explain the difference.

I was referencing from the version info from Apple App Store. Per the actual app mine is the same build as yours.

Thanks! I didn't notice that the app version was displayed at the bottom of the Account tab. My version is the same as yours,13.24.50 build 374, and I don't see App Icon option in my App Settings page. Weird.

My Porsche app on Android updated recently and had this pop up upon opening, however, for the life of me, I can't find the label in the app.
At least they're (coming) on the Android app now.
I’m new to this platform; so, forgive me if this doesn’t look right. But mine is in a slightly different location. Here is where I found it.
Worked for me and found mine in the same place. You can’t actually see it in the app, but allows you to download it and then save it to your files. I think I already had done that before, but nice to have it again.
Another update for the app is you can change the background color of the app itself to match your car’s exterior color.
