I will. I blame myself for not noticing the ride quality for 4k miles, though. First 911 and I just thought its supposed to be stiff like this. Shame on me.

Another reason that even though I am quite old these days, I do as much of my service/maintenance work that I can myself. The average worker could give two sh*ts about my Porsche, and I am very fussy!

One thing you should have done is have the dealer replace the dust boot on the top of the shock absorber.
It looks like it got ripped apart by the shipping block that of course they forgot to remove..

I'm going to insist they replace everything associated with that shock, including the shock itself and then give me an alignment. What else should I ask for?
