Default Great value 992 7 MT

This car sold for a great value, hopefully someone on the forum got it.
I think it is the general downtrend in 992 market with 992.2 coming online.

Downtrend on the market?

That car had an MSRP of $133,250 (not including delivery), and sold almost for years later for $130k (including auction fees).

It lost only $3,000 of value in almost four years. How is that a downtrend?

It's hilarious that one auction = the market.

There was a 992 GT3 with not even 800 miles on it that sold for $200k a few weeks ago at Pebble Beach. Guess that's the norm.

Meh. If you're going to add in auction fees, you have to add dealer fees (along with likely ADM) to be apples and apples.

This car sold for $9k less than MSRP. We are back in depreciation land. Not steep depreciation, but depreciation nonetheless. Those were some expensive miles for the original owner.

Of course you have to add auction fees. That's what the customer pays. Not adding auction fees is completely disingenuous.

ADM has not ever been included in discussions around new-car depreciation.

Buy price today versus original MSRP is the best comparable number.
