992 Question
I have a 2021 911. I paired my phone and now it shows text messages on the screen. I want it for music mostly and phone calls. Is there a way to not show texts? Thank you.

It's in the settings on your phone. I assume you're an android,
Go to bluetooth, select the little settings gear cog to the right of the porsche bluetooth ID and turn off what you don't want.
Btw we still meeting at the strip club after work?
lol

Haven't explored this in the Porsche and it didn't see to have jumped out at me, but in my BMW (iDrive 6), there is a passenger or similar option, where if selected from the notification settings on the top of the screen, will notify you that you have a text message, but won't display it on the screen. I used it a fair bit when random, non family passengers are in the car with me.

Go into your phone, select Settings > CarPlay and select your car. You can then decide which icons you want to display and use in your car. You can also rearrange the order you see them. I only use the icons I might use in my car so they all fit on one display screen in the car.
