Default New Targa available in Virginia

Just arrived - Porsche Chantilly was "awarded" several 911's due to meeting sales goals and they have more in stock now than in recent memory. Some GTS models, one with an Aerokit, none were customer-remorse bailouts. I went to look at this Targa yesterday, its sharp with the Cognac Heritage Interior. I don't like 18 way seats (too narrow for me) or PDK's otherwise I'd have taken this home. If you are looking for a new high option Targa you can have immediately, this one is on the showroom floor as of today. It's not going to last....interested then call Christian at 571-389-5892. It will have an ADM of some kind and possibly require a trade in of a Porsche, I don't know the particulars. The interior though, is lovely.

Porsche Chantilly doesn't do ADM (Penske owned), but there may be other 'have to buy' items. Or as you said, a trade.

Some of their add-ons can be:

* Buy their Ceramic Coating which is $ 5K
* Buy a Porsche Design Watch
* Buy their Porsche E-Bike ($ 15,000)
* Buy a Maintenance Program
* Require a Porsche Trade-in
* Require the car be sold in their Territory

A lot is negotiable with them. On this Targa, they will probably be tough. On something like a Taycan, they'll be happy just to move a unit.

Looks like around a 6K ADM based on the remaining lease cap cost after the downpayment.

I was laughing with my SA as I circled this Targa yesterday....he knows me too well. He said "If this were PTS Irish Green and had a stick, and 14 Way seats, I'm guessing you would be taking this home today"

I replied "Damn right I would."

They’ve had a tts sitting for quite a while favorable spec too so I wonder what’s up with that…they also seem to be the first dealer in the DMV with a 992.2 coming in. Chantilly does well for its area

It's beautiful car but just bought a highly optioned brand new 4S (yes I know it's not a Targa but I wouldn't want the extra weight of a Targa anyway) for MSRP. Had the same interior no Burmester and front lift and in White but everything seems the same. MSRP was $183,980.00 and paid zero ADM. To pay over MSRP on any car is simply crazy. But that's me. To each their own.

The first 3 pictures were from yesterday after picking up the car after full body PPF and window tinting.

Can confirm they make you take addons unless maybe for a Macan. Last time I asked about an order for a GTS, they wanted me to also buy a watch along with full PPF, ceramic and wheel and tire package. I don’t want to pay $250k for a GTS.

I just ordered a 2025 Cayenne S Hybrid from them and had no add-ons, 3.5% discount off MSRP. Due in October. Eveything is negotiable.

I understand. That's why I mentioned it, but there is no ADM. Not under Penske.

As a new buyer (no history) for c2s they required the following:

PPF
PSMP
Lease

No ADM but still decent interest in local area (they still moving cars). Lot of stock is trade ins. Demand still seemed to be high (not crazy but still there).

They didn’t force you to take ceramic coating? Seems contradictory to their website.
Our cars are pre-treated with Premier Protection Diamond Ceramic coating

like I said, everything is negotiable. They know I cross-shopped them against Bethesda Porsche and I’ve bought three new Porsches in the past four years, enough to wield a little clout, but far from a heavy hitter.

i tell them right up front no PPf, no Ceramic, no watches or bikes, and I want a free hat . I also tell them no financing, I’m a cash buyer and that’s how we do it. I buy heavy options so they get it back there to some degree and asked for a 4% discount. They said 3.5% and I’m not going to beat them out of the last nickel. Plus, I am always happy and respectful to all the staff, all of them, that goes a long ways too. Never go in and be adversarial, it helps to be pleasant.

Right like I said on the Macan you may be able to get away with not doing all that, but unlikely that will happen for a 911 or a 718.

You Win. I won’t show you the paperwork on my 992 purchase.
