now that is bizarre!!!
why would they states other own documents that the suspension is effectively the Turbo SPASM but yet you have discovered that it is the same as the base Carrera.
unless of course the only change on all models is a change to the rear suspension only!!?

Looking into lowering springs and noticed Flat6motorsports says that KW HAS no longer fits 24 GTS. I reached out to their support and they said for '24, the 992 GTS now uses turbo rear suspension and standard front carrera suspension.
I had thought the 992 GTS SPASM always had turbo rear suspension and higher spring rates?
Were there any changes to 2024 GTS that differed from prior model years?

still makes no sense as it clearly states in the Porsche documentation that the spring rates are the same as the sport PASM on both front and rear!
surely it makes sense to have just transported the whole suspension over to the GTS rather than half of it!?
This is extremely annoying to say the least because I want to lower my car! But I won’t be putting something that’s generic on a car that has a particular setup from factory!….. I could be have lower spring rates if I did that because none of them share this information!

Aren't spring rates only 1/3 of the suspension equation? The GTS has thicker sway bars than the S. I don't know about the damping rates, but I suspect they are different too. I'd guess that the GTS shocks need to be a damped a bit more so they match the stiffer springs.

So my understanding is that lowering springs won’t fit the ‘24 GTS, but coilovers like Ohlins or Bilstein EVO will work?

I'd do the ohlin's coilovers. But i worry i dont have enough knowledge to dial them in to my tastes. Do they just have a simple road vs track vs etc type setup that you can easily set up? Honestly, the ability to change between normal and sport chassis is not a big deal at this point since i cant really feel the difference. Maybe bc i havent tracked my car yet? Maybe i should reach out to flat6. And I'm not sure if the bilstiens are an option. Several discussions have gone over the lack of compatibility with the GTS specifically. Tho I've been thinking about giving them a chance anyway and see if i have any of the clunking problems. I love the car!!! But it needs a mild drop and a little offset to look spot on in my opinion. Bummer the HAS options have been suddenly take away in 2024.

Someone really needs to look at this because there doesn’t seem to be a definitive answer.
I personally want to get a lowering kit for a turbo as my GTS has sport PASM which is listed everywhere as having the turbo suspension with higher spring rates and I would assume damping.
I cannot bring my self to fit a generic 992 ( KW, etc ) lowering kit that doesn’t provide any spring rates.
There is no point in me trying to match what the car currently has with an unknown entity.
With that being said,TechArt have a lowering spring set for a Turbo with Sport PASM but I cannot get confirmation if the front springs are compatible!…. I have been told that the rear ARE…!
This is very frustrating as I just need a little drop and the Tech art 20 mm would be perfect
I don't want to go with a coilover setup as i have RAS and PDCC and I don't want to upset any of that.

I ended up buying flat6’s used set of Bilstein EVO SE’s for my ‘24 GTS. Will let you know if it works!
Ohlins seem to be the premium choice based on what I’ve seen on multiple forums, but seems overkill for me as I am 100% street driven.

I think the only real way to know (other than attempting fitment) would be to look at the part numbers for both SPASM and PASM Turbo, GTS, and S/Base to figure out with the GTS is now using something different vs 2023. While the springs may fit, that doesn't mean the damping rates are necessarily ideal. Assuming a similar sized shock/perch across all models, but with different valving, the springs would still technically fit, but perhaps produce very different results.
