Porsche Beachwood Ohio
I dropped into my dealer today as they just moved into a new 2 story facility in Beachwood, Ohio. Beautiful space and my SA gave me the full tour. 22 service lifts, lots of lounge areas, 2 full service coffee and snack bars, private work spaces and a full glass wall into the service area including viewing from up above.
On the way back out to my car, we ran into Roger Penske who had just done a drop in visit as he grew up in Shaker Heights. He could not have been more friendly for a parking lot run in with an unknown customer. He told me a story about how he used to work at a nearby gas station and how gas was like $.18 per gallon.

Ah, I need to stop by the new facility! I live on the west side, so my Porsche dealer is Porsche North Olmsted, but I know a salesman at Beachwood. Thanks for letting us know they finished the move!

We stopped in and checked out the new Ft Meyers Porsche dealership and was extremely impressed. Absolutely gorgeous facility. Too bad they don't have any new 911s in stock.

Another Garage Mahal!
Reminds me of my visit many years ago to a Lexus dealer in Massachusetts.
I already bought a car from them and then they opened the new Garage Mahal complete with a coffee bar. I paid too much was my conclusion.

Some of these dealerships, like this one are absolutely beautiful, clean and open. Porsche has set a very high bar for its dealerships and it is super costly for the dealership to meet the Porsche floor space design criteria.

Have to wait until it is certified to be sold to the next buyer
I sold my 2020 992 C4S to Porsche Beachwood last week.
The first picture is in the bay of the old location.
The following monday, I found my car in the parking lot of the new location.
Now I will wait a few months for my order of a 2025 Macan GTS.
agreed, fabulous dealership.

I buy a lot of cars; usually at least a couple each year. And I’ve dealt with Porsche dealers all over the country. Porsche of Beachwood tops the list for customer service. My SA was Kyle and he was phenomenal. But it didn’t stop with him. Every single person/department I worked with provided top notch customer service.

I’ve ordered a few cars there over the years but they have a fairly deep customer list of folks with very deep pockets (I am not one of them) so I don’t imagine my purchases have added up to a great deal of “pull”..
