Default Decals over PPF

I'm doing a rally this Sunday and they want us to put a decal on the hood so we can be identified by the police escort. I have an xpel stealth wrap and I'm worried that it will damage it when removed. Will this be an issue?

It's possible to lift a vinyl decal off of glossy PPF without damaging the PPF. I'd be less confident with the satin finish. Worst case, you might be replacing the PPF on the hood -- kind of par for the course. Good luck and have fun!

Can they do a magnet instead of a decal? Or can you add a magnet to the back of it?

Just got done with the rally. For those still wondering, no issues with removing the decal from ppf.

No clue, I bought the car CPO last year and it had the PPF already. Lots of people at the rally also had PPF and weren't concerned.

Yes - I just experienced zero adhesion of the vinyl "PORSCHE" decal on my aero kit wing.

The whole car has been ceramic coated and the transfer decals do not stick - period !!!

I guess I would need to remove the ceramic coating to get anything to stick.

At least I know the ceramic finish works really well.
