It’s coming along beautifully.

Beautiful work @f4bones . It’s like waiting for the next episode of Yellowstone, lol

I’m actually glad to see Liquid Metal is as tricky to get right as I’ve heard. Makes me feel like the upcharge is less of a scam.

Coming together nicely - much easier the 2nd time! I spend yesterday swapping out the camshafts to the RS spec cams, and then fitting the S/T LWFW and the new S/T 6 speed - I'm anxious to see how this performs with the 4.5L engine! I think we should be able to light her up in a few days, and do the initial programming. I'm going to try the RS programming to allow for variable dampening and the TC options - obviously there is no PTV+ so that **** won't work. It's unclear how much of this functionality we can make work with a manual transmission car - also not sure if programing as RS will lose the autoblip, etc. . we shall see!

Made some good progress this week - she is really coming together nicely! I'm loving the Liquid Metal Chrome Blue - super excited to get this one on the road. Should be able to power her up shortly and get most of the programming done - goal is to run the engine next week, and have her done in two weeks . . . we shall see!

She's alive! Drove her for about 20 miles today - truly amazing! Can't stress how epic the lower gearing is with the S/T manual! And, the LWFW makes quite the racket - love it! She drives great, but lots of lights on the dash - now need to sort out all the programming, and calibrate the steering angle / gas gauge / lights / RAS, etc. . . but mechanically she's about finished!

Super classy touches, wheel and caliper colors, subtle carbon bits. 👍

Super nice and wish I could experience the driving sensation you describe once.
