I will recheck but this does not make much sense based on the solid info so far, briefly described below.

To be honest if I were you I would push your dealer to somehow commit on this - I do not see the 4S even launching in Q1 2025. Commit is a hard word for a dealer of course so just tell him to review his docs and the portal with the comfirmed launches.

1) They have to launch the base 4 also - then again they might launch it with the S

2) Carrera has always been scheduled since last year for launch in Dec24/Jan25 - I do not remember exactly have to check.

3) The info I have that the carrera 4s will be delayed - by a lot - it is prety solid. Mid to end 2025.

4) In Octover they are launching the GT3 - solid info

5) If they are launching something in September it should be the base 4 - i think i have been told septemeber but was not really paying attention . Semi solid info

In any case I will recheck, maybe things do change in terms of dates but so far I have not seen anything change even from info we had from September 2023. And if something changes usualy it is a delay.

By the way I think the only main specs we are missing about the S is engine displacement and torque. Is this correct?

I asked one relative guy based in Germany and he said S will be hybrid without E-turbo.

The Carrera S/4S will be no Hybrid, it will keep the 3.0l bi-Turbo combustion engine.

So we have the Base making a very small power bump with the new emissions tuning and the bigger S/GTS Turbos. The S will need to make more power and comply with new emission regulations. Should be interesting how they achieve this.

I put down a deposit on a 992.2 S and this is what I was told by my sales rep:
-S will prob be announced end of Q1 25
-No hybrid
-I'm 15 on the list, and by the time I can order, the car will prob arrive around summer 25
