Hello forum,
I own a 2022, 992 C4S and have Remote Parking option.
I was able to use my phone to move the car in and out of the parking scenarios but for the last couple of months when I try to connect I get the warning "Can't establish connection"
I took it to Downtown Porsche and they reset my car system and they used their own phones and they showed it to me and it works for them. But I can't get it to work on my iPhone.
Any ideas on why I wouldn't be able to use my phone?
Thank you in advance.

I have tried:
- Took the car to Downtown Porsche, entire system reset (They used their phone to connect through my credentials and it worked) my iPhone 15 Pro did not work
- I deleted my phone from the device list on my car and reconnected it
- I deleted the porsche connect app on my phone and re-installed it
- Deleted the bluetooth and added it again on my iphone
- Updated the app, using the latest iphone version

I don't have the option so I can't try, but I had some issues with private browsing option when connecting to the car via WiFi. Try under the car WiFi options on your phone to disable that feature. I might be completely off if the car uses only BT, but if it's like the rest of the connection, BT provides the handshake but it doesn't have the bandwidth.

Another option is return to the dealer and see their phone parameters. Asking 1-800 Porsche is a crapshoot.
Lastly, delete all the network setting in your phone. That can be very painful later, if leave as last resort.
Good luck!

Instead of expecting everyone to spoon feed you information. Try Googling it.
