Regarding the ventilated seats - I have them on my 992 CS MT and they were a pleasant surprise. They really make difference on hot days or under strenuous driving conditions.

I will vote for the GTS, it comes by default with PASM, however, you will need to try it with PDCC and RAS, it changes the comfort and handle. I tried both and you could feel a slight difference on the road and much bigger difference on track.
I love the S, however it will be my second option. Not a fan of the T to much road noise to my taste.
Don't go for the truffle interior, I had a test drive for 4 days, Crayon with Truffle brown interior, at first I loved it, but after 2 days I felt its tooooooo much brown. Same as the all red interior tooooo much red.
If you want brownish colors, try going with the Two-Tone Leather Black and Mojave Beige.

My belief is the S is the sweet spot. Best array of options. The T is loved by many and has upgrades over the base, but is still a base at the core. Just offers a base with a manual. Still don't get the T buyers who opt for PDK when you limit your options and get some performance improvements. The GTS is great in many ways but IMHO you just don't get much over the S for the options the GTS takes away.

I think most are biased toward what they have. The GTS offers sport design front bumper, better looking rear bumper, larger brakes, forged wheels, helper springs....not counting the added HP. One can argue all day long between the S and GTS, but bottom line is, the difference in price is actually not much once you add it up. If I would have bought an S, which I would have if there was an allocation, I would have added the SD front at least. I think between the two, it was 'buy the one that's available'.

I have both a Gt3 touring and a GTS both manual transmissions and I had a 992S manual previously.
the GTS ride is like a Buick compared to the Gt3. I don’t really think it was a big difference from the S but I can’t remember.
for an all-around user-friendly car that’s quick fun to drive that you can stay in it all day,You can’t beat the GTS
for pure excitement and fun it’s the Gt3 although basically for me,
it’s a two hour car can get old after a while depending on the roads.
