Mine is PDK, has the glass sunroof and the rear seat, so other than the lightweight glass, less sound deadening and the Lithium battery it doesn't really have much in the way of weight savings.

Thanks for sharing. The bulk of the difference is likely the 18 way seats vs the carbon buckets, and rear seats vs the delete, since I have steel brakes and FAL too. And the rest is probably the RS Spyder wheels vs the Centerlocks. Do you have the Aerokit?

As a rough reference, on my F87 M2, deleting the rear seats was worth 50 lbs, and replacing the front powered & memory seats (heat, adj side bolsters, lumbar, height - front and rear, fore/aft) with manual Recaro Sporster CS (non carbon) was worth 25 lbs for both seats.

How much weight do the GTS brakes add compared to a S?

Wondering if anything significant?

Lightweight, monoblock and center locks are one of our specialties. You are correct about the OEM wheels being fairly light, being forged aluminum, it wouldn't make a dramatic difference staying aluminum. Hence why I mentioned magnesium.

I'd be happy to show you a few options and go over some details on weight, price, etc., just so you know what decision you want to make whenever you're ready.

You are correct. Off the top of my mind in the 992 (not exact numbers):

18 ways vs buckets = 40-50 lbs
rear seats = 25 bls
FAL = 15 lbs?
Wheels = 15 lbs (Sypders are the heaviest and I'm assuming your CLs are the same weight as GT3 wheels).
PCCB vs steels = 35 lbs.

Let me get this straight. We're weighing with a full tank of gas, but not the driver? Or a passenger? Hmm...

Might be stupid question, but where are you all getting these scales? Rent, own, borrow?

I bought a set of Longacre scales off Amazon a couple years ago.

With the carbon buckets and rear seat delete, you would’ve been under 3200, which is seriously light for that car.

You reminded me to remove the rubber mats that were sitting on top of the factory carpet mats, and the accessory tub, and weigh them. They are 9.7 lbs. Deducting that, we end up with my GTS at 3310.3 lbs.

Excellent dataset by OP. Do you have RWS and/or lithium batteries? I just installed aerokit on my car a few weeks ago. Aerokit is like 5lbs heavier than active spoiler setup. The wing weighs substantially more than the active spoiler but losing the motor and riser mechanism mitigated the almost all weight penalty. Just higher center of gravity now.

RAS is ~14lbs (per SavageGeese 911 S/T video) and lithium battery is ~32lbs (per Porsche press release, 60lbs AGM vs 28lbs LiFePO4).
