Hey fellas, recently got an alert on the app that I needed a brake fluid flush and cabin filter change. Brought it in to dealer and they did an intermediate service including oil change. When I go into the app it still shows that the cabin filter needs to be changed. Also I had put new tires and rims with Porsche TPMS and the air pressure is still on the original tires. The service rep says it needs a few weeks to clear up on the app. I'm just wondering if I need to bring back for them to clear the cabin filter alert. Anyone know ?

The My Porsche App alerts that my 992 needs the cabin air filter replaced. Dealer serviced in Feb. SA says the filter was replaced at service and the alert will disappear in time. It’s been 3 months since the filter was (supposed to have been) replaced, but the alert in the My Porsche App is still there. Ill follow up with SA.

Do you have PCM6? If so, you can reset the app from the PCM.

I logged into today by chance and noticed the same thing about cabin filter. Mine was done last month by the dealer during my 2 year.

You most certainly have PCM6. If you’re just trying to clear the Porsche app, use the service reset in the PCM.
