Jump started 992 successfully - but having Error codes now!

I jump started my 992 and it worked to start it. However, it's throwing tons of error codes, check engine light, tire pressure, transmission, etc.. and key fob isn't working to lock it. Should I drive it and cycle it a few times? Can I reset all the error codes without going to the dealer?
Regular battery, not lithium. We already changed it once since new, last year, but it hasn't been driven in a while. The trickle charger connection came loose.
Need to drive it for a 9 h trip each way starting tomorrow... Worth it to risk it like this? Gonna drive it a couple times now to cycle it and see if anything gets better.
Is there any other reset procedure?
Would putting a new battery in help? Or disconnecting this battery and reconnecting it?
This happened when I jump started my 997 GT3 some years ago, and I had to go to the dealer and pay a lot to clear the codes (even though the car had warranty then).
Hoping to avoid that again! Why does this happen on Porsches but not on other cars when I jump them?

I needed to provide some extra battery power to our race car trailer winch and used the my 992.... car threw a ton of codes after doing that, i drove the car and cycled the power a few times and the codes all went away.
I'd drive the car some and see if it figures itself out.

But now it doesn’t recognize the keys now. Weird that both keys battery would die. But seems to be common issue that key fobs die quickly on 992 🤔

As far as the fob batteries, I had the same problem. It “appears” the problem in my case was that I was storing the keys on a hook in our mud room adjacent to our garage and the car and fob were constantly communicating even though the car was locked. This caused the batteries to run down prematurely. I purchased one of those key packets the shield the fob from external RF signals and voila, problem solved.

The new battery fixed it. I was getting confused because the key fob would light up red around the Porsche logo every time when I pressed both buttons, so I thought it had some charge. But apparently it didn't have enough charge to transmit to the car.
