Nice...I did ask about the 992.2 and they told me there will be ADMs and the wait will be long. Obviously could be saying that to make the 992.1 allocations look more enticing but worth mentioning.

Got a surprise call yesterday, which happened to be my Bday, that my AD had an allocation for a C2S manual. I got on his list in September ‘23 for that spec. Guessing this was one that someone backed out of as it had to be locked in yesterday as well! No ADM, no BS. Sent my build code over and got a production start date of 04/17! Can’t wait! Will be my third C2S and first that I’ve specd myself and ordered.

So I take it your experience with previous models were positive. Anything you ordered on new one that you didn't have on previous models? I have an order in now but not locked yet. Thanks

Good question. Made me stop and think. First, here is my build if you want to see it: PRKGUSH9.

I have had positive experiences. Extremely so. I went pretty sporty this go around. Manual, gloss black aero kit to match A1 Black paint. Spent more $$ on wheels than either of my previous S’s had on them. Full leather. I’ve had both standard leather and full and miss the full leather experience. Something nostalgic about the standard leather package and look that it offers but full leather is nice. Just used my experience from both cars previously, that I didn’t get to spec, and specd this one how I think I will enjoy it most. Let’s see your build!

You’ve selected all components of the premium package except ventilated seats. Your spending $6310 and premium package is $5350. Double check that but I think that’s right. Beautiful ride!

The issue with the ventilated seats is that the seat padding itself tends to be thinner therefore they are less comfortable for some individuals. YMMV

Did you consider the Sport Front Facia? I think it looks much better, just kind of sucks it's another $3500. Best wishes! Mike

my C2S is a coupe and I’m moving to a cab. I probably wouldn’t have jumped from an S to GTS in the same model if I wasn’t going for a cab this time.

You can't get ventilated seats in Heritage package.

since you can’t get vented seats with heritage package…order premium package, spend $1K less and still done have to worry about less comfy seats.

Well….that depends on what seats you order. Ventilated and heated seats on the 18 ways are very comfortable. You get what you pay for.
