Porsche should be doing this on all 992s

You don't think Porsche drives a new model 100,000 miles before selling it?
Here's a hint: they do.
In fact, I bet that Porsches QA testing is significantly more rigorous than Glickenhaus'.

I did a shake test on a $10million semiconductor processing machine to simulate shipping... even did a drop test on it where it would fall 2 ft
Engineering is a LOT more than just making a pretty looking car

I know porsche does a lot of testing but it’s also true that the 99 twos have more rattles and creeks than the 99 ones. I’ve had three of them a 992S and I still have a 992 Gt3 T and a 992 GTS. The GTS is the only one of the three that doesn’t have any rattles or squeaks yet .
this test looks more extreme for twisting than what I’ve seen porsche do

My 2024 992S Cab has been perfect, zero creaks and rattles. The same for my 2021 992S glass sunroof coupe. Both are well equipped so lots of things inside to come loose never did. Same for my 2021 Cayenne and 2018 718 Boxster.
My 2004 Cayenne S with 225k miles however makes some minor noises I am learning to live with.

My 992 at 3k miles has no signficant squeaks or rattles, to be fair. Anything that I keep in the cup holder or door cards or even the unused seatbelt buckle on the passenger side will rattle when driven. Nature of a stiffly suspended sports car. I have a Lexus ES300h that is completely silent, of course it's suspended like a lincoln towncar which is why I bought it for commuting.
