992.1 (I) as opposed to the pending 992.2 (II)

Spoke with my guy at my dealer and he said they are currently taking 992.1 allocations to June build. He doesn’t have July builds yet but for sure 992.2 will be July or later builds.

I seem to recall there are a few 992.1 T individuals with July production slots.

Interestingly enough, today both Italian and German configurators are no longer displaying "992 I" but the usual "992"

I also saw "992 I" show up on Porsche's site yesterday when checking out what new stock has hit the market. That said, it's back to 992 today.

Yeah, but Porsche can just raise prices for the 992.2 and make up all that temporary loss
