I'm from NorCal, so I hope that either NorCal or SoCal is part of his tour in 2024. I will be setting up the video conference per his instructions once I get my "T" in April... I think that is the 1st step in getting his attention to figure out how much it's going to costs.
I’m south of San Jose. I’m in and happy to share costs if you get it setup once your car arrives. I have 2 cars to do.

Deal. That's three cars... I'm planning on setting up the video conference once I have my "T" in hand in early April... We may need a one or two more from the Bay Area but maybe someone from SoCal wants to drive up to get their done as well...
I had mine done with 9xx last year and Anthony was great to work with. If you can get a few people together, he can do it at one location and split his travel cost.
I had a meeting with Anthony from 9xx right before the holidays. If I can find 2 others in Phoenix, he’ll fly out for 3 cars and we split the travel. If not, Phoenix will be one of his stops on his 2024 summer tour and I’ll get it done then. Please let me know if you’re interested.

Good news. I scheduled my video call with him for next week. I'll find out how it works and what the costs would be for 3 cars, two people, but if we can find anyone else from the Bay Area who is interested we should involve them as well.
I won't have my "T" until April, so that would be the earliest we could do it unless SF Bay Area is on his Roadtrip for sometime in 2024. I'll let you know what he says.
@motomd if you or anyone else are the DIY type, and want to enable matrix or other 'hidden features' like resetting service indicators, disabling silly airbag and seatbelt warnings, enabling remote window opening, enabling rear daytime running lights etc, then I *strongly* suggest you get a PIWIS setup from @rnlst_log. I consider PIWIS an absolute necessity if you have the slightest interest in decoupling yourself from dealer visits. IOW I'm the type who wants to 'learn how to fish', rather than be given one....
My GTS is due to arrive at my dealer in SoCal end of may.
I live in the bay area, on the peninsula, so if this gets pushed to June onwards for any reason, I'd be in.

Awesome. I can wait until June. So now we have Quantity 4 911's belonging to 3 owners...

Did you find out anything more on this for the Bay Area?
Can he code video-in-motion? If so, I would be in for SoCal or Las Vegas…..or maybe Phoenix as well. I now live in NV but I work in CA, so both locations work for me.

If anyone from the SF Bay Area is interested, send me a private message. We have enough people for two days right now, but he can stay longer if there is demand. Right now we may be targeting July, however that may be pushed out as 911 are still delayed becuase of the chip issue.
