I ordered a Numeric shifter a week ago and haven't heard anything from the company since. I tried calling, email and instagram messaging (left me on seen) and still no response at all. After reading a few comments on their posts about customers waiting for months and still no communication - I wanted to see if this is a common occurrence and if anyone else has recently ordered a part from them.

I reached out to them and they got back to me immediately about which spring size to order.

I emailed them. 1 person got back and cc'ed another person. I asked a follow up question and they both answered separately

They usually replied within a day when I was emailing them about pedals and colors.

Their customer service is not the best.

Numeric responded to my e mails within 24 hours (next day) which I consider a prompt response. Sorry to hear you are having issues. The shifter is a great upgrade IMHO.

Also no response for days to emails & VMs. Shipped the pedals back.
