Agree with others who say drive it for a while first. I race a Spec Boxster. My 992S coupe - to me - is just scary effing fast for the street and more than enough on the track, far faster than my Spec Boxster. Once you drive the base 992 you’ll be able to figure what, if anything, needs attention.

Try driving the car first, I went from a 991 C2S to a 991.2 base and it was surprising how quicker the car was.
Bear in mind that big gains with turbo tuning would require fiddling with the suspension and mostly brakes, depending on how and where you drive. If you track, most certainly if riding at 9/10. For regular shenanigans, probably fine.
As mentioned above, warranty for the engine and anything related to it is easily voided if they can blame it on a tune (no need to prove anything).

I had 991.1 4S, then 992 base, then 992 GT3 and then bought again my 992 base. No worries about power. 992 base is faster than 991.1 4S. Lack of LSD is noticeable only in very slow corners where you need to downshift to 1st gear or in slippery conditions. 992 base is pretty fast car. On racetrack with 992 base I made 2:29, with GT3 2:19. Yes, GT3 is much faster car on racetrack, but on twisty road I wouldn’t say. 992 base is pretty as fast as you wish to be. I love that car all the way. Comfy, stiff enough but not too much. Great car for twisty roads. GTS would be better, but not worth the extra money.
