PCNA has been cracking down (recently) on dealerships selling to "out-of-town" customers.
Especially when it comes to GT models.

Yup.

I always thought that Porsche attracted a much more sophisticated car buyer/owner.
Man was I ever wrong about that. But something tells me that RL is a small sample size, so there is "that".
