Typically, yes. However, Porsche is notorious for making small changes to the implementation of the brakes. Over the years we've had minor disc offset changes, different brake line routing or fittings, etc. We don't take anything for granted. We put hands on each trim level to ensure our product fits properly, so the customer doesn't get any surprises!

Great news...we have measured a local Carrera Tand have a complete range of brake products available! Please see our blog post for complete details: https://www.essexparts.com/now-shipp...oad-brake-kits
We are currently slated to have a 992 GTS in our shop in about 2-3 weeks. Thanks, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

PS… one of the links on that page is broken. It’s the one to the Front CP9562 380 mm kit, the following is returning a 404 error.
https://www.essexparts.com/Rear%20CP...ized%20/%20ENP
The link to the rear 380 mm kit is working.
Just an FYI.

Hey @JRitt@essex,
A few quick clarifying questions...
Looks like you've 2 kits for the 992 Carrera T:
1) Competition Brake Kits (F:372x34mm, R:365x30mm) - available with Anodized or ENP finishes
2) Road Kits (F:380x36mm, R:380x28mm) - painted in either Red, Black or Silver
Q1: Setting aside that the Anodized/ENP finishes are inherently more durable & heat resistant, any other comments on comparing the Road kits to the Competition kits for track work?
The reason I ask is that the Road kit above actually has larger front rotors (380x36) than the Competition kit (372x34), so it got me curious...
Q2: Any downside to the Competition kits for road use, compared to the Road kits (assuming you're using the same pads/fluid on both)?
Thanks.
Karl.

Hi Karl,
No worries. That is a very common question, so we turned it into that article...glad you found it helpful! You can think of the Road Kits as our sledgehammer: they cure heat-related issues via large thermal mass in the discs, pads, and calipers. The Competition Kits are our scalpel. They are lighter weight, and solve heat-related issues through clever design and advanced materials. Both get the job done...just depends on what your goals are for the car and how you plan to use it.
We have many, many clients running our Competition Kits in all types of environments. The ENP finish is particularly stout and won't have the same type of problems in miserable conditions as an anodized finish might. The ENP finish on the Competition Kits is the toughest finish available for any calipers. We've had race teams run numerous 24 hour races on one set of calipers and they still look fresh...rather remarkable, frankly!
You can see lots of client feedback on our blog: https://www.essexparts.com/news-blog
All types of cars running them in varying conditions, including a whole bunch of Porsches. Please PM me if you have any questions or need further guidance for your situation.
Also of note...We have a Carrera GTS coming in this Thursday, so we'll have the answer to that question very soon. Thanks!

Our AP Racing by Essex Radi-CAL Competition Brake Kits are now available for the 992 GTS! Last week had a very generous client drive 10 hours each way to allow us to measure his car.
Our brake kit options for the GTS can be found here: https://www.essexparts.com/my-vehicl...TS/Iron%20Disc
You may not believe this, but our front iron AP Racing by Essex system actually weighs less than the OEM PCCB front brake system, and our rear kit only weighs a couple pounds more than the rear PCCB. Unlike PCCB, our system will also fit inside 19" wheels. Compared to the OEM iron GTS front system, we can shed as much as 30 unsprung lbs. off the nose of the car! You can read about how this is possible on the Essex Blog. This article was originally written about the 992 Turbo/S, but the GTS shares brake components with that car, so everything in this article is applicable to our systems vs. the GTS as well: https://www.essexparts.com/news-blog...bo-and-turbo-s
Front Iron OEM GTS Disc (408x36mm)
AP Racing by Essex 2-piece J Hook Disc (390x36mm)

On another note - can you guys please produce larger size rotor replacements with brackets for the 992 S steel brakes
