taking over 911 allocation without paying deposit. Too real to be true in Toronto?

Oakville is privately owned. They charged me a $2.95 “secured document fee” last week on my service receipt. This is a charge for them to ‘protect’ my private information! They are all the same…

Oh no, it’s not capped at 20k at all !!!
The luxury tax is 20% of the value of the car above 100k for cars in the 100k to 200k bracket and 10% over the full value of the car for cars above 200k.
Even worse is that any add ons, even after market, are supposed to be added to the sales price for the luxury tax, so you are supposed to pay the luxury tax on ceramic coating or PPC.
And on top of it all, you need to pay GST and PST on the luxury tax.

So for this car if the MSRP is 161K, the luxury tax would be $ 12 200.00

There is no ADM in those dealer options. $19,600 of the $23,234 is frt, pdi, luxury tax, tire tax, ac tax. The $3k is bs add-ons like winter mats and the protection plans listed. The car price is only about $11k above the base MSRP of $158,500, so I assume that it is lightly optioned.

got it! thanks for the warning and heads up. I guess I won't deal with PFAFF then. I guess they are the ones hording allocations to make easy profit on clients who cannot wait.
Is Porsche Oakville corporated owned stored? Or are they under another dealership network?

i think they have many allocations and 911 need to sell but only if you are willing to pay extra.

The luxury tax is really only sticking it to the working upper class, the actual 1% or richer could really care less. It’s all about the optics that we are sticking it to the rich.
