Does anyone know if its possible to display the speed limit on the Dash NAV view on a 992? I'm pretty sure my 991 had this, but can't find a way to set the display.
I hardly ever use NAV, but I sometimes display the map. The posted speed limit is displayed in the lower left. I believe that Speed-Limit-Display was an option. I did not buy that option, yet the speed limit is displayed in my lower left of the main screen when I have the map displayed. Perhaps there’s as setting to turn it on or off, but I think mine just defaulted to display it.

Thanks!
I believe it is part of LKA (Lane Keep Assist) if you have that option. Do you mean the NAV screen in the instrument cluster or the main NAV screen in the center of the dash?

Need whichever option has traffic sign recognition. It shows up in the center left gauge. Accurate maybe 50% of the time.
I don't know, mine's pretty good as long as there's a sign it can see when I get on a road. Where it tends to be off is when there's either a "Minimum Speed Limit" sign like on I-75 in Georgia, or separate "Truck Speed Limit" signs like on the Tollways in IL, but in all fairness the Audi's and Mercedes I've driven with traffic sign recognition get tripped up by those signs too...
My understanding is that there are two types of speed limit displayed. The first comes from the navigation system and is based off GPS and map data. The other, paired with lane keep assist, uses the camera to read actual road signs.
