Find me one video of a 992 GTS on a real drag strip with real timing equipment.

No Dragys on public roads.

I don't care what Joe Blow does with his car, tuning or otherwise just don't tell the rest of us how foolish we are for applying an aftermarket calibration from respected vendors that have proven to be safe and reliable.
No need for the sanctamonius "do only as I do". That is BS.

Maybe I missed it, but I don't recall anyone saying that people who get tunes are foolish. Just different POVs being expressed. We each get to choose what to do, and live with the consequences, good or bad.

I would 100% tune the car if $87k were a rounding error in my life. When I was in my 20s tuning my Supra was no big deal because a short block was only a couple grand.

Kudos to you guys that decline the extra insurance when you rent a car because you have big ***** 😂

point taken but the base/s/gts all share the same motor (differences are turbos, tune, etc plus bigger brakes and trim pieces). base in 379 hp and gts is 473 so adding just short of 100 hp in just hardware seems doable.
