Stevens Creek Porsche removed the OEM active spoiler and decoded.

Picked up the Duck today....Photos tomorrow.

I am ordering this ducktail today. Does the whole assembly have to be removed from the car or just have the aero deactivated from Porsche? I have seen several videos and I am more than confidant that I can install this myself besides the aero activation.

I spent quite a bit of time researching the EVO II. I am completely satisfied with the product, although the install is a process not an event.

Search this thread and you'll get an answer to your questions.

My personal experience are noted in posts #120, #134 and #148.
