I have a white 2023 GTS manual with Aero kit except my rear spoiler is black. I will be at Racemotive Sept 2. I suspect with manual the transmission and rear seat removed, my car would be about your car's weight or a tad lighter... I plan to weigh it at some point. How did your car do at Racemotive assuming you ran it - starting speed and highest trap speed in the 1/3 mile roll?

Great to hear! Come see me at the event. I’m one of the founders of RaceMotive and are alway running the events. - I’ll be running tech in the morning.
On pure 93 I ran 148.xx on the 93 + booster (equal to 100 octane) map I ran 153. Both runs starting around 63.

Fantastic, I ran the following stock on 93 pump a few weeks ago - so your car is significantly faster with tune. I am contemplating tuning mine.
1st run: 61.7to 140.18 mph
2nd run 64.02 to 141.13 mph
3rd run 62.24 to 140.62 mph
1st run: 61.7to 140.18 mph
2nd run 64.02 to 141.13 mph
3rd run 62.24 to 140.62 mph

You cant beat the PDK in terms of MPH in racing too, but for a manual with no mods thats pretty good MPH. We had a GT3RS running in the mid 130s I believe, so you were a good bit faster.
We'll run them on the 2nd and see how they compare side by side.

Cool - will try to connect Sept 2... if you are there.
By-the-way, I have 4 way manual seats, moon roof, Bose and RAS - the latter 3 add a few extra lbs. I will provide the official weight when I weigh the car.

@AIM Performance You all did a great job building this car for me and providing me with a 93 map and a 93 octane + VP Octane booster map (100 octane go fast map). I've gotten a lot of people sending me messages outside of here as they want to go fast too and not spend TTS money.
There is nothing unique about my car or setup, it is very light compared to a highly optioned GTS or 4S clearly. I dont want to share anything you're not comfortable with

Given that I am a former police commissioner and was responsible for the formation of the CBRPD, probably not. 😜
There's a history of speeding fatalities on 611. In several instances, various online forum posts by the drivers were used by the prosecution and aided in conviction. The memory of this one is still fresh, even though it was more than a decade ago.

I hope that your 60-130 runs were on a track. 😉

You know I'm kidding with you.
I recall that accident being in the news too.
I'm lucky enough to have access to the Pocono straight multiple times a year. - You should bring your car out sometime.
I picked up a set of bilstein EVO coilovers from another 992 owner in Doylestown the other week. luckily I dont have LKA, ACC, but the alignment price for a 992 with LKA, ACC at the local dealer cracked me up.

Because handling is more than just weight and power, or weight to power ratio.
If it was that simple, car companies like (Kia/Hyundai) would not be poaching talent from BMW M division to chassis tune their street cars, or whey MB has an AMG division, or why Porsche has a GT division, or why (for a while there) Audi was spanking everyone with their Quattro system.
If it was just weight and power, then anyone would be able to make cars ride like they were riding on those proverbial "rails".
It's great that your car can go fast in a straight line, but really, most people are not buying Porsches to go from Point A to Point B without using the steering wheel for its intended purpose. At least they shouldn't be.
