Used or wait for new C4S
If it were me, with your parameters and listed thoughts above, I would do a serious search into the background of the black C4S that you linked. Have a dealer do a PPI and scour the carfax, search the internet, and see what you can find out about that black car and if it pans out okay, spring for that one.

Seems like the owner only owned it for the first 5 months and then the dealership put all the rest of the miles, is this a potential red flag?
Chantilly Porsche (Virginia) has a couple of used 992 C4S for sale. https://www.porschechantilly.com/use...sche&Model=911

No, the second owner got it service a ton at the dealership in Miami (The Collection). I don't understand why all the service visits though. That I would look in to.
Nobody has to own a Porsche. The red flag to me is Black isnt your first color. Every time you look at it, black isn't your first choice. I would keep looking at use market and worst case scenario you order new. I can give up allot of options but not exterior color...
be ready to walk. I arrived ready to buy a ‘20 C4S from local and got bad vibes when I realized the former owner was a slob.
I scoured the finder daily for a couple months, spreadsheet to track of new listings (using max 500 miles) for 992 C4S. Just a few data points to qualify my interest (reminder so I didn’t keep looking at the same pics) and quantify markup or discount relative to sticker when new - surprising range. I also tried to highlight best and worst configuration considerations in a few words to subjectively compare cars that varied meaningfully. From special wishes interior in Manhattan for all the money to a baser in Maine that would never sell for ask unless on crack.
in the end bought a 5k mile very heavily optioned 22 C4S at a decent discount. Where it has all the stuff I don’t feel like I missed out on options by not specing myself.
but if it was a color I didn’t like I would not be happy. I would get a >’20 cpo with >factory warranty, more options preferably, and consider that you will drive it now not in a year. Think of how valuable a YEAR is to you!
