I’m being offered to prepay the 2nd and 3rd service for my 911 GTS for about $3600….supposedly the Finance Manager says I’m saving 20%. Is
it worth getting?

If it was financially beneficial to you they would not offer it. 1st and 2nd service is pretty basic.

Ask yourself this, why would the Finance Manager want to save you of all people 20%?
Do you have naked pictures of his wife or something?

Prior owner of mine paid for 50k worth of maintenance. I'm very happy but I wouldn't have done if I had bought new. Most of it's a Quickjack and an afternoon with a lot of remaining money to outfit the garage with.

A 20% discount on dealer services that are already marked up 50-100% more than a good Porsche Indi shop would charge for the same services is still a huge loss. Or if you are a DIY guy, a 20% discount on a $500 oil change that you can already do yourself for $80, and you get the point.
All of the "protection plan" stuff and pre paid servicing that the dealer tries to sell you during the final document signing is pure profit for them, and rarely ever beneficial for the buyer.
I know - that's why I never yell at people - cause if you say "Did you try searching?" they will come back and say DID YOU TRY SEARCHING?
Never works - but if you add in rennlist in the google search it really helps. PS - do not add the pre-paid maint until the end of year #2
Thanks again….I decided against especially when you add to the lease with a 8-9% effective money factor, the supposedly 20% savings is wiped away over the 39-month lease. Also there is very reputable Porsche shop closeby and I’m sure they can do the 2/3rd service for a fraction. It’s oil change and replace fluids which doesn’t void warranty.
Worth it? A relative question. From a purely financial sense, no (if you are a DIY or indie kinda person). However if you are working for a future allocation, strategically purchasing some options from the finace Mgr. can't hurt your chances of moving up the list.
It's a "good deal" but still not worth prepaying for because there's no guarantee you're gonna need it. Just let it go. Get out of the finance room with your pants around your waist instead of your ankles.
