I'm being 100% serious. Enlighten me. I'm not criticizing. I'm trying to understand. I thought that Android Auto and Car Play displayed your phone onto the PCM wirelessly. So yes I'm truly ignorant on this topic. Please explain. Is it that Carplay and AA are buggy so you don't use them? Please teach me.

I thought that the whole reason for the charging in the console and CarPlay and AA was specifically so there would be no reason for having your phone accessible.

I didn’t like the dash option. This is solid and easy to remove. No interference with manual transmission

I just installed and yes is a little wobbly. I fit one of those small clear bumpers between it and the dash and helped immensely. Also more piece of mind of it not messing up the leather.

It’s the rennline mount but put this cheapo but solid Amazon magnet. Works great.
