This may sound funny, but call The National Corvette Museum and ask them about their collector car policies written through American Modern. Insured my Carrera T with them at replacement value and now my 718 Spyder. Cost is around $750/year.

The American Modern number is 1-877-678-7626; unfortunately (per their rep Sam) their mileage is limited to 3,000 miles per year. Carrera T Who did you speak with?
