the poll was very nearly perfectly balanced, for thanos sake i voted its a good color to ruin the balance, if you aren't worried about the opinions of low intelligence people and you find the color pleasing no reason not to choose it, if i recall correctly pink was in olden days a "boy" color, so to say that it is a strictly girly color indicates to intelligent life forms that you didn't learn history very good .. food for thought if you're voting that way . if you dont like pink just say you dont like pink like a civilized person

I love the color. A guy at C&C showed up with one and tried to convince a group of us that is wasn't pink. Saying is was rose, magenta, etc. Then one of the guys little girl runs up to us and says "daddy, look a pink car!" It was very funny at the moment.
I like the color when I see it in pics or at a cars & coffee - but at the same time it is very much a "Look at me - I'm trying very hard to stand out and be ironically unique" color.
Of course that's just my opinion - but if this is the only pink item that you own, I stand by it
Have a 964 in Rubystone that I won't sell. You have no idea how long the line is for people that wants to buy it. Fact is, it's not a color for everyone. But if the owners like it, that's all it matters. I don't discuss people's taste because everyone is different.
I think it's too much right in between pink and purple. I think most purples are unpleasant to look at. I think I would like a color more on the pink scale even though it's "girly", or even a color more on the purple scale if it was dark and had a ton of flake. Colors like this do tend to work well with GT cars but on a regular 911, no thanks.
I like it. At the end of the day, when these cars start to age it's the interesting specs that will remain in demand. It's true that this color isn't for everyone, but I would take it over the 7,000,000 silver over black 911's out there any day. At least you can't say it's boring, and that's what these cars are all about. Something different and special when compared to the Christler Pacifica (or similar) we sport every day. Bound to have many unique experiences and conversations in this thing, and I think that's great.
My Father has an RS in Lizzard, and I am picking up my Ruby Star Neo T in July, But I would rather have the Ruby Star Neo over the Lizzard Green. The reason is I like purple and Burgandy, Ruby and those colors more than greens. Ruby Star is that color this time around as well as a historical color especially for the T. While my father likes greens more which is why he is partial to the Lizzard green more than other colors. He said if he ordered a T like I did he would get it in Ruby because the color is that spectacular in person.
When you look at this photo of my car, times when it's in the shade it turns into a whole different color, a lot darker, but even in the sun its darker than the old ruby star for sure though. But you are right its all about preference, and some people don't like it or do. But for the people who call it Pink, its more a light plum, ruby color, which has purple, red, burgundy colors, regardless it cannot be called a pink as it states its a red.
