Default PCCB Measurement

Looking at buying a 21 C2S with ceramic brakes. The car has 20k miles and is certified. I was provided with an assessment of the brakes (attached) but have no clue how it reads. Any help appreciated. TIA

Do you know the history of the car? Seems the rotors are roughly half way from the wear limit, which seems like *a lot* of wear for 20k for PCCB. Iron rotors perhaps, but ceramic would surprise me. Have you asked for a DME overrev readout?

How were the rotors measured with the Carboteq tool?

On or off the car?

Needs to be off to be accurate.

And that measurement is 4 months old.

Have them do it again, with the rotors off the car using the Carboteq tool.

Car was used at the Porsche Experience Center in Atlanta. I suspect it was driven hard and, at least occasionally, by a driver with less than optimal experience. Thanks for the reply.

I do not know how the rotors were measured. The car has less than 100 miles since the measurement was taken. These measurements were reportedly done at the selling dealership in the context of CPO. Thanks for the response.

I was thinking the same thing JLEGELIS. Unless tracked, PCCB should go forever. Kidding but well over 100K miles. The pads will change but no one should wear out the rotors outside of the track.

Bruh, I alone did 8 launches in the module, at the end you're standing on the brakes.

20k miles at PEC are 20k hard miles.

20k all from PEC ATL?

That's a lot of circles around that small track.

Like a lot.

Or a lot of drifting going on at the water and kickplate modules
