Actually makes perfect sense to me as I do the opposite-the crummier my DD is the more I appreciate my 992.

Paldao looks fantastic with both chalk and mojave beige. My local dealer (porsche arlington) has a CPO cab with this exact interior config and it's fantastic in person, if you like the chalk interior. I will say, it very much reminds me of a Volvo interior, though (and that's not a bad thing).

me too…I have that same combination and it looks excellent…I just don’t think the wood suits any 911…never did..BUT…I’m not the guy sitting in the car - or paying for it!

The original owner of my C4GTS spec'd the slate/chalk interior with the brushed aluminum. After looking at the pictures of Paldao wood I think I prefer the brushed aluminum. My exterior is Jet Black Metallic and the dark brushed aluminum seems much more complimentary. The Paldao wood might be more complimentary to some other exterior colors, but I just don't think it'd work with black.
