I've had good experiences working with Beto at Redwood City Porsche for service. He's patient, responsive, been there for a long time.

Gunter is no longer at Fremont, apparently he will be service manager at SF Porsche which will open ?June.
I also do not recommend Carlsen even though I live 5 miles away. I go to either Fremont or Stevens Creek

I took my 992 into service at Porsche Marin a couple days ago. My SA also mentioned that San Francisco Porsche was opening very soon. Porsche Marin is in the same Indigo auto group as the new SF dealership: https://www.indigoautogroup.com/pors...francisco-2023. I live in SF and had been going to Burlingame, so nice to hear that I will have a closer dealership option soon.
