Default Does anyone else appreciate this view?

Considering how difficult they made it to see all the gauges behind the wheel, I've grown to appreciate this setup with it having everything necessary on display for a daily drive.

This is probably new right? My 992 from 2021 did not have this feature. Looks very cool!

Indeed new, a 23', funny you mention that because I owned a 21' and could swear I didn't see this then either.

Not a fan of the GT wheel. And I usually look over the steering wheel, not through it.

My '22 has this feature, but doesn't it default back to the 5 pod view when you restart the engine?

Yes, I like this view too on my '23 GTS. Can't see the two outermost pods anyway because of the steering wheel. I only care about the tach and speedo most of the time anyway.

I use the minimal layout for daily driving in my 2022 C2.

Thank you for posting this. A great example of how helpful this forum can be! My 911 is sitting at Emden but so cool to learn stuff like this. Had no idea this was an option. Definitely will play around with the screens when she arrives.

mine does not. It will stay in reduced view until you hit the back arrow on the steering wheel regardless of turning off the car

Too bad Porsche didn’t include a heads up display. It would have solved many of the issues with the gauges

Wish this can be customized; adding a couple line items on either side would be perfect.

Agree. Having one quarter of the screen completely taken up by the outside temp is an odd choice. So much potential with this view, wasted.
