992 C2GTS ordered with 2 weeks to change the build

I paid for PSP but I agree with above that the wheel still feels super stiff and I don't know if it makes a difference in the parking lot at all. But then again it's only $230 so in the end I clicked it because I didn't want to deal with the after turn on for 200 bucks when there are many other big fish items to cut from the list

I personally think black caliper looks much less sporty / aggressive, almost like a cheap one on a toyota.

With your trim burmeister is just 3900 more. The burmeister casing looks superb in combo with aluminum. Depending on budget may be worth adding. I think it sounds decently good (and am glad I got it because I presume bose is a lot worse and I would've been less happy with bose).

This is def a personal choice but I love the red calipers and it looks great with carmine red. To me it matches very well. If I don't go with red I'd probably upgrade to PCCB yellow.

I would consider the prewire for the dashcam..."relatively cheap" and you'll be ready to go (front and back) if you decide on a dashcam

I love threads like this, because I can get feedback without getting attacked for building a 150k "Base" car lol.

New to Rennlist so please go easy on me. Very excited after waiting since last April 2022 for an allocation. Just got it when I switched from a C4GTS to a C2GTS. Scheduled for delivery June 25th but I am not holding my breath. Already plan on Paint Correction, PPF (front clip, mirrors, rockers and rear wheel arches) and Carbon Ceramic coating.
Current configuration photo
Here is the build code: PP3492K2
Couple questions:
- I really like the GTS interior, particularly the matching Carmine Red accessories with the exterior paint, but it eliminates the ability to have ventilated seats (requires Race-Tex seat centers)
- I dumped the Race-Tex steering wheel in favor of the leather GT heated Carbon wheel - Problem is I cannot get matching Carmine Red Deviated stitching on the Steering wheel ( guess I can live with that vs giving up the GTS interior)
- I have optioned Race-Tex in the roof liner, mirror panel, sun visors - thoughts on this? I know many are down on the fuzz
Fire away - I plan to keep this car a long time so +/- $5K in options is not really the issue.
last point - I agree with people who say you should never put your build in here and ask opinions, but really looking for confirmation and any big watch outs from those with more experience.
Thanks in advance

Leave the red calipers.
Ditch all the carbon fiber including the steering wheel.
Ditch the sport chrono dial in red. Just do the tach. It looks better getting one than both and the tach looks better.
Ditch the power steering plus. useless.
Ditch the sunroof and get the motorstripe in black.
Honestly, the manual is the only option that matters and you got that right. Nothing else to worry about.

- Manual is a a bit of a pain in traffic and slower than PDK. Go with what the RS cars run
- had DR calipers on my Carmine Red car...it looked just fine if you want to go that direction
- go for carbon fiber because you can cover the God awful glossy black plastic on the console with parts from DB carbon. Can't with the aluminum even though it looks quite good
- Match the sport chrono to whatever color you do on the tach, or, do no color on both. The balance is good either way
- as stated, PSP is not worth it
- I also dislike the sunroof. Go solid or carbon fiber if you do that in the interior and don't mind the coin. Stickers are...well...stickers
- leather wheel is a good choice
- Racetex vent pretty good (I'm in Florida), no need for vented seats (also something else to break/weight)
- Racetex on the headliner is a bit of a waste. so dark you won't notice it. I had it on my 991.2, not on my GTS and don't miss it
- I think sport side skirts in matching color are a must. Optically the car looks lower with them
enjoy the process; regardless of choices you cant have a bad 992 GTS!

I like your build, it si very similar to mine (I went for PDK PP8FTBM5). I agree with previous posters, you don't need ventilated seats with Race Tex and to me GTS without GTS package is kind of a missing shot. I would definitely opt for ventilated seat if I went full leather , I had them on my previous 991.2 S and they delivered.
Regarding Race-Tex in the roof liner, mirror panel, sun visors, I had them on my 991.2, you notice them for the first week (at best) and then you won't see them anymore.
Final point, I think Led Matrix are not necessary, I have them but I wouldn't spec them again

Nice build.
I'd get Burmester, PCCB, and extended leather dash/door package.
I never regret options, only regret not getting them.

Get the Burmester if you enjoy listening to music when you drive. Major upgrade from Bose plus it looks nicer. To me this will have more of an impact than some cosmetic item.
