Is the Targa 4 10mm higher than Targa 4S?

Is the targa 4GTS same height as targa 4S?

Would love to hear peoples thoughts on how much more comfortable the targa 4 is than the targa 4S especially in terms of ingress/egress and overall ride comfort with the 19/20 inch stagerred tires on the targa 4?

None of the 992 Targa range including the GTS have the -10mm Option, so you dont get the rear helper springs also. One of the reasons I am going back to a 2WD GTS Cab next month after 15K miles and 14 months in a Targa 4GTS, great car but much prefer the -10mm set up.

As mentioned the Targa 4 and Targa 4S (and GTS) will be the same ride height. You will get more sidewall with the 19/20 set up as opposed to the 20/21 set up. I run the 20/21 on my Targa 4S in the summer and 19/20 when I swap for my winter tires. The added sidewall on the winter is a more comfortable ride, but surprisingly the 20/21 is not bad at all. I also had the 992 Coupe (had a 2020 before getting my 2022 Targa 4s) - The targa is a bit more GT like than the coupe (my coupe had the -10MM), but it was also not bad at all for a sports car.

I like the SPASM option on all cars..some say they can’t tell but I surely can. I never understood why you couldn’t get the -10 on any Targa . Others have piped in weight or centre of gravity due to roof?…but cabs are essentially the same and the option is available in that configuration. Our solution was lowering our T4S with Techart HAS …which worked well….yet now taking the springs off to prepare the car to be CPOd for trading on our incoming TTS…but my big dilemma developing is that I can’t get my head around selling that beautiful silhouette and am having second thoughts about trading the Targa and may want to keep it…?! - we like it that much - but holy smokes, there is only so much water in the well…

Same here, would not spec a 992 without it, if it were an option. I had -10mm on my 992 Coupe, Cab, and 2 X Turbos its absolutely fine. If running 21/20s Tyre PSIs need to be set at 31/33 Cold though, otherwise its a bit to "Bouncy" based on my experience.
