Yes, but unlike the VWs and Audis, everything that can go wrong with a 911 will have a comma in the cost and often, an extra digit as compared to those cars. As I mentioned above, CPO is more than the warranty.

Not CPO, but you can buy up to 6 more years of warranty I believe.
