I started searching for an allocation in December and was able to locate two dealerships in the Los Angeles area with available configurable T allocations. In So Cal in general markups are still
the norm for now, and was able to secure one of the allocations pretty quickly (commission number and all) for a what I thought was a “reasonable-ish” ADM. I suspect that second allocation is probably still available but the dealership wanted a hefty markup so I had to pass.

Honestly nobody knows. In the other carrera T thread someone from Canada had posted they were offered Carerra T at 1.5% below MSRP and here you're banking on 3 years....I believe he had noted porsche Oakville.

I'm outside Chicago and had been trying to get a C2 for almost a year... Dealer offered me a T Allocation in Dec that I passed on, but with no C2 allocation in sight I took them up on a T allocation yesterday. Config lock is Feb 20 and I'll likely take delivery at PEC ATL towards the end of May.

The allocation that I passed in Nov apparently was never claimed and my dealership has a spec ordered T expected to arrive next month as does one other dealer in the area.

The other dealership in the area that's expecting a T has nobody on their waitlist - meanwhile the really high volume dealership has closed their waitlist for Ts.

This is so strange... Does nobody take the time to shop around their area?? I would assume anyone putting their name on a list for a T is some level of enthusiast or at least someone interested in the Porsche brand... I would think they would call more than 1 dealer. Glad it worked out for you... you are going to love the 992/T vs. C2 I think... should enhance the experience in all the right ways vs a C2

yes, I saw that too. Same fellow bought a new GT3 last year, so I doubt he is a ‘regular Joe’ like me when it comes to getting allocations…
