Is there a black 992 thread? If not, can we start one?

im not a fan of JBM. To me it looks like regular black with dust on it or a car that’s trying to be real black. Something about the fleck in the paint, it’s just not a great metallic black to me. In the right lighting it can look great but generally I think the hassle of regular black is worth it for a classic black Porsche.

This is not JBM. This can only be achieved with A1. If you're only putting 1,500 mi per year, it won't be a headache. If you drove it daily, you'd need it detailed every quarter in order to keep it looking 100%.

Highly recommend the suntek reaction (ceramic infused) with an extra helping of ceramic on top.

Was skeptical at first but with the A1 black, I couldn't imagine not having something to keep that thing from swirling

Yeah mine will get a full wrap. Not ideal but with a black car that will be nearly daily driven I’ll need to wash it a lot which means letting the guys at office car wash and country club car wash lay their hands on it. So it’ll get a wrap and I’ll take some pills to relax me about it and everything will be fine
