Far more unique though! If you have Lava, you have a Unicorn... Thats why I was drawn to Rubystar... I figured it would be few and far between that would commit to it, but seems like more and more people are jumping on board.

Sold Lava, awesome colour in person, seems like a mistake now ... but one must move on :-)
Also makes me sad it's not available on 992T ...

Especially when four out of the nine 991.2 T colours were black and white.

This. I don't think Ruby goes with yellow at all, perhaps ask your significant other for a second opinion, and perhaps do a color blind test (not joking, and not trying to be mean). For example, if you have Deuteranomaly, Ruby would actually look to you more bluish than the pink that others without color blindness would see, and this bluish tinge would definitely go with the yellow.

Pretty sure yellow is the most common stitching choice for PTS Ruby Star equipped cars

GT Silver for me, although I would have had Aventurine Green if it was available on the T

Thats actually pretty interesting. But if someone's colorblindness makes the color different to them in a way that makes the combination work, doesn't the combination then work for them? After all, they are the ones looking at the car.

Good point, and also buying the car. It is me that must choose to look away from what I personally find revolting.

Black was big on the 991T but according to the poll, few are considering it this time around. Kinda glad I did. I was also surprised/not surprised Python is so popular. Such a stunning color but sadly conservative always wins. Not this time apparently.

Agree, surprised Python is as popular as it is given it is a very bold color. I can make a case for or against every color, and personally I waffle between yellow (yikes!), white (boring), ruby star (a pink car?), gentian (common), python (very loud) and silver (yawn). (they all look good). None of the colors speak to me as "the one" so the choice is difficult.

Really surprised to see the relatively even distribution too. Python being the big winner and Carmine Red and black being the least. I like the bold colors though so good to see that popularity this time around. Lava Orange was stunning on the 991T and I don't think anyone really knew that until it was too late. I wish it were available on the 992!

You nailed the drawbacks with each of those colors. I worry Gentian is too common with all the macans running around in that color.
