Just one thing to be aware of in Florida. PPF can damage paint if exposed to enough sun such that it hardens and sticks too aggressively to the paint. A local shop here was unable to remove old PPF on the nose of a car and forced to sand the film off and repaint.
Now, that film was many years old, I suspect, but you should be asking questions with the shop as to how often to replace the film.

they are the best in town. As for time, he will tell you if you take care of your car and garage it, the most he would leave a clear wrap is 5 to 6 years. the lifetime warranty is BS.
