It says otherwise when you order through PCNA

I just did an SCCA autocross in 34-degree windy weather on Goodyear summer tires and guess what?

Grip was fine. Not sure if it was the Targa 4 GTS or the tires that did the trick.

Good to know! I wonder if ordering through the service center at my dealer is ultimately ordering through PCNA Tire. I'll have to check, and remember that next time I need tires.

I replaced my 6 year old Pirellis with Conti Extremecontact 6+ XL and have liked them except 1 blew out on an interstate which Tirerack reimbursed me for, the Porsche dealer replaced it with a Pirelli and the cost was at least $100 less than Tirerack. The mount and balance was around $50 which is a little high.
